For our Hamburg office we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/d/-).

What you can expect with us:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will independently oversee the operation and further development of our agency software, from the implementation of processes to administration and reporting. You optimize the reporting processes of controlling and other stakeholders, as well as the automation of reporting, the creation of dashboards and also ensure the ongoing operation of all controlling systems.

Your responsibilities also include the conception and execution of standard and special analyses. You further develop the standard reporting system and support the annual corporate planning. Furthermore, you coordinate the planning process, analyze and consolidate the overall planning.

Moreover, you maintain and develop the database structure on which the reporting is based.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics or comparable
  • Relevant professional experience as a business intelligence analyst (reporting, planning, data analysis, databases (Postgres))
  • Solid knowledge in controlling, reporting, databases, SQL, Python, VBA, ETL and a good understanding of IT systems
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Google Dashboards)
  • Confident handling of EDP systems
  • Structured approach to work, strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Service orientation, flexibility and team spirit
  • Hands on mentality
